Marlans was first established in 1979 as an Estate Agent and Letting Agent in North Street,
St. Leonards On Sea. The office moved to London Road, St. Leonards On Sea in 1998
due to the increased demand in Property Sales and Property Management.
In 2004 it was decided to again move the office to it's current location and concentrate
on Property Management and Lettings, this meant the end of the Estate Agency side of
the business in order to concentrate on what became our core business.
Over the years Marlans own property portfolio increased year on year and we have
now reached the level where we now only manage and let our own properties,
although we do manage some Freehold blocks on behalf of clients.
Marlans rents studio's, flats, houses, bungalows and some small commercial units in
the Hastings, St. Leonards and surrounding areas just click on the

along with employing our own team of builders means that we are in full control
and can carry out repairs quickly and efficiently
